Included in the Toolkit
- Wash Buckets: Two plastic buckets for solvent use. Lids can be tightly closed to reduce solvent evaporation.
- Rinse Basket: Used to transfer parts between buckets. It can rest on the edge of the wash bucket for draining.
- Wash Bottle: Fill with fresh solvent for rinsing printed parts and internal channels.
- Plastic Scraper: Used to inspect and clean the Form 4 resin tank.
- Metal Scraper: Used to remove parts from the build platform. Do not use this tool on the Form 4 resin tank.
- Removal Tool: Used to press under the base to detach parts from the build platform.
- Build Platform Clamp: Holds the platform securely in place, making it easier to remove printed parts.
- Flush Cutters: Used to carefully remove supports from printed parts.
- Disposable Nitrile Gloves: Wear gloves when removing and post-processing printed parts.
- PEC*PAD Wipes: Disposable, lint-free, non-woven microfiber wipes for cleaning optical components.
How to Use
Install the Form 4 Build Platform ClampSecure the clamp to the edge of the work surface by tightening the screw underneath. Ensure there’s enough space around the clamp for comfortable operation. | |
Mount the Build Platform onto the ClampWith the printed side facing up, slide the build platform handle into the designated mount on the clamp. | |
Remove Printed Parts from the PlatformUse the removal tool or metal scraper to detach parts from the build platform. |
Note: Using sharp tools on resin-covered build platforms or other smooth surfaces may cause sudden slips. Always cut or scrape away from your body to avoid injury.
